...my first book catch - how exciting! Just finished reading and am currently considering a good place to set it free again.
Nice reading, liked it better than the movie. Dense description of Newfoundland life and the protagonist's mood. Sometimes irritating: the author using sentences without subjects or verbs. However, that makes the style authentic - stream-of-consciousness-like.

Hi kazanschik!
Where did you find the book?
I had left it in Augsburg, at the University, on a table near the English Department, thought it most probable for someone who likes to read English books to find it there.
But you´re from Berlin, aren´t you?
Did you find it in Augsburg?
Cheers,
ganzmanchmal

@ganzmanchmal: Yes, we found it in Augsburg, where you set it free. When I registered at bookcrossing.com, I still lived in Berlin, now moved to Augsburg.
