The pilot's wife

A second copy found on my shelves. The trouble with having too many books is not always remembering what I have.
This one is off to RockDg9 to keep a bookring company while travelling.

Thanks for the stowaway amberC - I'll be able to cross this off my wishlist.
I'd seen the movie of this, so it was all very familiar. I did enjoy it - I think it could have done with another edit though. The story is about a pilot's wife whose husband was killed when his plane went down near Ireland. The investigation of the plane crash uncovers secrets he had been keeping.
It's an Oprah's Book Club Book - and that's how I would describe it: strong or growing strong woman faced with heartbreak; themes of family; and a bit of intrigue all rolled into a book that's not too hard to read.
This has been reserved for freelunch to fly with Player Piano.
