I will take this book with me to the BC meeting in Örebro.
A nice, very contemplative book. Somehow it's curiously slow. It made me long for a garden and a small cottage of my own.

Hopefully a good read for you!
Thank you for sending the book to me and congrats to your BC-Birthday! =)
I love the title, the word "enigma" is beautiful and it describes what it is, I think.

I'm sorry I have kept this book for so long. I read it earlier this year and really enjoyed it, although I struggled a bit in the middle until I understood what the author was doing. In stead of telling a story from one place to another he told about how he had left his home country for England and what that had meant for him. He told it in stages and kind of rewrote his story from another perspective and by that adding to it. i don't know how to better describe it. Truly an enigma of not just arrival, but how to live.
