Trying to find time to finish this and release it while on holiday. Could be released in Singapore, New Zealand, Australia, Bangkok, who knows? Hope we all enjoy it! Keep passing it along please.

I've been wanting for this to happen to me since I heard of bookcrossing! Oh god this could not have come at a more perfect time. Anyway I was at my cousin's wedding rehearsal and was feeling rather bored since I wasn't really needed in any way. So I was wandering around the cathedral and stumbled upon the book which promptly had me overcome with "high-wrought fecility" as Austen herself would put it. And all the way from the UK? I think I may have seen your name! Since I was perusing the cathedral's guestbook before I discovered the book. I never thought serendipity would strike at such a perfect time because right now I'm rather in love with Jane Austen, and I'm on a mission to read all of her books. I'm re-reading Pride and Prejudice now and I've just finished Persuasion last week and had just borrowed Northanger Abbey and Mansfield Park only yesterday. And the other day I was just wondering about wanting to read The Jane Austen Book Club just because I'm in love with all things Austen. Anyway, I read the first chapter and a few random snippets of the book and it seems so lovely (especially the part about Mary and Kitty Bennet getting married eventually) but I'm probably going to hang onto this for a while because I really want to finish my Jane Austen and to get to know "my Austen" before I read this book and do it justice. I'm hoping to post another entry after I've read the book and before I release it :)

Glad the book went to the right person! I really hope you enjoy it when you have time. I am thinking of joining a book circle, simply after reading this book, but it won't be limited to Jane Austen. I read Mansfield Park at school and may read it again now that I am (much) more mature. I have watched lots of dramatisations of Austen and find this brings a contemporary slant on her work. Are you going to join BookCrossing? It's fun, but means you have to carry the books when travelling, which adds to luggage, so I am going to release the next ones in UK. Regards, Linda
