A nice PD James mystery, but it seemed a bit more disjointed than her usual fare.

I received this book via a book swap.
I was happy to have the opportunity to read a book by PD James as I had never read anything by her. I didn't find it a compelling read, but I enjoyed the Norman Mailer-type character and the setting. I noticed on the back that PD James also wrote "The Children of Men" -- the book upon which the current movie in theaters is released. Seems like much different fare than the Adam Dagliesh mysteries.
I will release the book in Cambridge.
