This book examines the societal problems that allowed tragedies like Columbine to occur, and also (and more importantly) what we can do now. For parents, educators, students, and curious/fearful citizens. The book is by famed educator and social psychologist Elliot Aronson who knows both sides of the issue (he doesn't just psychoanalyze the students; he looks at people's feelings about school, peers, cliques, etc.)
