I thought this was a very appropriate book to leave tucked into the fence of a former American base! I had no idea we were going to Greenham Common when I stuck it in my pocket to bring on this trip.
Greenham Common is a big release zone, but I don't know how else to describe it. There is a little lane through the woods that takes off from the A339 and ends up in a little turning space by some big gates. You can easily get from there onto the network of gravel paths where people go walking on the common. Anyway, I tucked the book into the wire holding the gate shut.
