A great prequel to the famous LOR trilogy. Here you encounter much of the hobbit history and a well-written tale.

It seems unlikely to me that the book would have stayed in Starbucks long. I didn't recall seeing it before. I knew I had it a long time before registering my catch. It doesn't feel like a year. How would I know? I think this has been the busiest year of my life.
I find it interesting and amazing that it came from someone in West Virginia. That Starbucks is the same one where I played Cashflow, the board game, by the author of _Rich_Dad,_Poor_Dad_, with someone from out of town.
I saw the book on the table between the two stuffed chairs. I was interested because it had a note on it that read, "I'm not lost. Take me home." I already liked Tolkien's writing. I wondered if it was a book I no longer had. I took it home to check, knowing that I could return it to where I found it. My daughter, married and mother of two, heard that I had it. Now that I'm registering my catch, I intend to offer to give it to her. If she declines, I will release it.
When I reviewed this entry, I noticed the date, and recalled that I wanted to celebrate today. It's been one year today since I bought a cute little red house! My first real estate investment! What a cool way to celebrate! Thank you for joining me.
Now I'm noticing the first journal entry was made on my husband's birthday.
