Given to me by a friend.
What a disturbing yet compulsively readable book! The most amazing thing is that the author ended up functional enough to write a book at all. I'll pass this one one again soon.

Thanks for this, Genevalove. I'll read it after several others already in the queue.
It was lovely to meet you, and especially as it was brought about by another bookcrosser, TexasWren. I hope Caitiebear sees more of you in Bangkok.

It WAS compulsively readable at first but I found it hard going towards the two-thirds mark and found myself skimming to finish. Just a tad too much grossness less and less offset by humour. I did enjoy Hope in the MacDonalds polyester.
Do you think Burroughs made some of this up?
Giving to my second daughter (Geileis) to release at a meet-up in the northern beaches of Sydney.
