This is the 11th book in Evanovich's series featuring bounty hunter Stephanie Plum. This series is a hoot. The mystery plot always takes second place to the characters, who make up a hilarious ensemble cast playing off the main character, Stephanie, who manages to usually "get her man" despite the antics of her friends and her family, including her Grandmother, who makes a hobby of attending funerals. There's also a wacky love triangle between Stephanie, a handsome Italian American cop, and a mysterious bounty hunter named Ranger. You'll enjoy this series more if you start at #1 (they all have the number in the title, so you have no trouble reading them in sequence), but wherever you start, be prepared to laugh outloud.
