Journal Entry 1 by rebel-padawan from Redlake, Minnesota USA on Wednesday, August 16, 2006
Jim Beckett was everything she ever dreamed of...But two years after Tess married the decorated cop and bore his child, she helped put him behind bars for savagely murdering ten women. Even locked up in a maximum security prison, he vowed he would come after her and make her pay. Now the cunning killer has escaped-and the most dangerous game of all begins...

After a lifetime of fear, Tess will do something she's never done before. She's going to learn to protect her daughter and fight back, with the help of a burned out ex-Marine. As the largest manhunt four states have ever seen mobilizes to catch Beckett, the clock winds down to the terrifying reunion between husband and wife. And Tess knows this that this time, her only choices are to kill-or be killed.

Offering as a bookring, from my Personal Collection.

To help ensure that things run smoothly (or that is the plan anyhow), I've put together a few rough guidelines for this one. I know that some people take longer to read a book (busy, got a bunch of books to read before, work, etc)...

1. Please try to have this book read within 3 weeks. I know this isn't always possible, but if you make an effort to try that is all I can ask.

2. Please journal when you receive the book.

3. When about halfway through, please contact the next person on the list for their mailing address.

4. Please journal again when you've read the book and it is on its way.

5. Have fun! Reading is supposed to be fun!

Journal Entry 7 by lisabb2 from Grimes, Iowa USA on Thursday, September 14, 2006
Just finished and loved it!!! I've only read one or two others by this author and think I've found another new favorite to add to my ever growing list!!! I really felt for the Dillion siblings...can't even imagine that kind of a life growing up...not to mention poor Tess having to deal with that crazy man!!! Overall it was predictable that Tess and JT would get together at the end...love a happy ending though!!!

Book will be on it's way to thegoaliegirl shortly!!!

Journal Entry 8 by thegoaliegirl from Vancouver, Washington USA on Friday, September 22, 2006
