Shattered Silk

"In her quaint vintage clothing boutique in picturesque Georgetown, Karen Nevitt's laces and white linens seem so innocent. Her aunt's aged friends have even ransacked their attics to help the novice entrepreneur launch her business. The dresses they produce are exquisite--valuable designer originals from decades past--but unwittingly Karen has discovered something far more lethal than fashion trends. Concealed by the delicate fabrics is the hidden clue to a forgotten mystery, and someone is willing to kill to keep it that way."
I salvaged this from a box my mom was taking to dump off for the library book sale. I read it a long time ago, so can't really remember enough to write a review or leave a rating. Will likely send as a RABCK or possibly wild release....

Wow, this WAS a surprise! I picked up several days worth of mail today and this was in there. It looks interesting - thanks so much!
I finished this last week and didn't get around to making a journal entry on it, so ...
I had put this onto my wish list because I read another book by Barbara Michaels which I enjoyed very much, and I thought I might enjoy reading more by her. Sure enough, I did! Although I'm not generally a reader of suspense/mystery novels, I found this one very enjoyable and will keep my out for more books by her.
I'll put this into my books to be released, probably in the wild, so that someone else can enjoy it.

RELEASE NOTES:
I left this on the window ledge by the front door, where it's visible to people entering. It's been a pretty successful release location for me so ... good travels, little book! And happy reading to whoever finds it!
