We've again ended up with more books than space on our little OBCZ shelf, so I pulled this one as it's been there a while. Time for it to find a new home!
I've read this before and have my own copy. I last read this before the movie came out, so it's been a little while. I particularly enjoyed the tale of the army of the dead, but felt that this book suffered a bit from having two endings.
This book comes with a note slipped between pages 40 and 41. It reads, on the back side: "Danger! Peligro! Nole contendre. [drawn skull and crossbones] On the front side: (upside down) "I listen to classic rock incessantly (right side up) I am writing this note for whomever finds it. I went to court this morning and the District Attorny hadn't filed charges yet. So no court today. Blah...so I'm waiting for my sister and her boyfriend to pick me up. They've at the Dr's getting a pre-natal exam. I guess I'll be an uncle in a few months, trippy. I am bored and sleepy. I barely got 3 hours of sleep. my girlfriend kept me up late talking on the phone. God I Love that girl.

A neat little window into someone's life. Sounds like the guy has a lot going on. I haven't emailed him, and don't think I will, but find it interesting that he clearly left contact information. I'm going to leave the note in the book where I found it for someone else to find.
