A potentially life-changing book. But be prepared to face your own reaction to the idea that maybe we choose our own parents! Includes Louise Hay's own story of healing from life-threatening illness; also a list of symptoms with possible psychological interpretations and affirmations and much else besides.
You may find a lot of this off-the-wall or even seriously annoying; but with an attitude of 'what can I get out of it?' you may find much that is empowering and positive. It's sold in millions over 20 years and I believe that from the profits Louise Hay has set up charities to benefit women and Aids sufferers.
This is a new copy (for some reason I had two) although with a fault in the binding. I've done my best to glue it so the pages don't fall out!
