Received in the post from smurphie this morning. Have decided to collect the series and start a ring as Sheepseeker advices that it is essential to read the Kate Brannigan Series in the right order. Only three more to collect, hopefully it won't take me too long. Many thanks smurphie you have taken me to the half way mark!

Just finished this one, sorry smurphie it's taken so long but I have been reading them in order and this is number 5. Number 4 is on the rounds and this will be next. Another really good Brannigan story from Val McDermid, this one gets going really quickly, all the main characters are so well established, the structures are in place and the story moves at a great pace. Loved it.
Book 5 of Spiral. Many thanks to Smurphie for this one. In fact this was my first Kate Brannigan book, but having received it I decided to read them in the correct order. And I think that is well worth considering for anyone else who wants to read the whole set.

Well I'm awfully predicatble, but I loved it! Kate's really going from strength to strength and I think the agency has a bright future. I'm disappointed that there is only one more book in the series - I've started getting hold of the Lindsay Gordon books but it isn't quite the same...

This one is my favourite - but aren't they all. I'm dying to know what happens next though.

It's arrived!! Post is taking a long time to reach me at the moment - the record so far is 13 days for a 1st class packet! one to go infront but should be on the move again soon.
Sorry to say that it just didn't appeal for me this time! Might have to get it out of the library and try again. Posted off to Cassiopaeia this morning 2nd Class.
