Gone in a bookring
Journal Entry 2 by penelopewanders from Saint-Loup-des Vignes, Centre France on Tuesday, June 20, 2006
Well, I am a total fan of Gaelen Foley. I loved this book, just as I loved the first three in this series. Thanks so much, Lluthiel, for doing this bookring and letting me discover this author I had never read. This story of bad boy from the rookery who wins good but mischievous girl - who then must be his cicerone in high society - is fun and suspenseful... of course the fact that he ran away from home at age 13 because of a violent father and never assumed his true role, adds spice. Anyway, great book. Thanks.

I have just finished the hole Knight series and I am now a G. Foley's fan!
This one wasn't my favourite (I do love my twins Damien and Lucien better than all others) but it still was a great book.
The story is interesting and funny and compelling.
I thought Billy was a great character, though Jacinda could be a bit imature at times...
The book is now travelling north to my sister Marta.
