Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone

This was a fairly good book. Rowling is no Roald Dahl, but I can definitely see the appeal of these books. Definitely 'light reading' (it's a kid's book, after all... though I kept forgetting that while I was reading it), but there was still enough complexity and creativity to make me want to keep reading.
