Plainsong (Vintage Contemporaries)
3 journalers for this copy...
I picked this up at the Chicago Reader (local alternative weekly) book swap. It's been on my wish list for a long time--since before BookCrossing.
What a quiet, lovely, spare book. The only thing that bothered me (I'm a magazine editor) was the lack of quotation marks when someone was speaking. It was really annoying at first that someone should ignore all rules of punctuation for dialogue and that his editor would allow it, but I got over it and enjoyed the stories of these quiet people living on the high plains of Colorado.
The book is headed to ikkinlala as a long-overdue RABCK, as she won my formerly monthly contest back in April. Enjoy!

I received this in the mail from collectorkerri (probably a while ago), and it was waiting for me when I got home. I'm looking forward to reading it soon.
I enjoyed this one - very evocative.
It's now slated for wild release.

WILD RELEASE NOTES:
I'm planning to leave this in one of the Little Free Libraries on my walk tonight.
A very dear friend in Saskatoon gave me this book last Sunday as we met for a morning coffee at Market Mall, joining another dear friend. She thought I might enjoy this book. I am excited that I have found it and I look forward to reading it and releasing it again. Thank you!
