From back cover:

"Roz, Charis, and Tony all share a wound, and her mane is Zenia. Beautiful, smart, and hungry, by turns manipulative and vulnerable, needy and ruthless, Zenia is the turbulent center of her own neverending saga. She entered their lives in the 60's when they were in college. Over the three decades since, she has damaged each of them badly, ensnaring their sympathy, betraying their trust, and treating their men as loot. Then Zenia dies, or at any rate, the three women, with much relief, attend her funeral. This book was released unintentionally and in unknown circumstances. I was 1/2 through reading it, enjoying it quite a bit. I had it in my carry on backpack. It made it into the rental van and perhaps into the Park House Hotel in Borough Park, N.Y., then the whole backpack disappeared. One of my older sons also lost a case of CDs at probably the same time. There were a lot of people in front of the hotel involved in a protest while the van was being unloaded. In all the confusion these items went missing. So the book is out there somewhere in Brooklyn. Wonder if we will ever hear where it is. I also lost my precious bookmark from Compassionate Friends. Ah well. I intend to buy another copy of the book tomorrow, finish it and release it also.

Are you sure you want to delete this item? It cannot be undone.
