WILD RELEASE NOTES:
RELEASE NOTES:
I am a server at a yummy restaurant near Cincinnati. One day I was at work and I waited on a table of nice women. After they left I noticed that they had left a book on the seat of the booth they were sitting at. When I found it, I ran it down to the greeter's stand to put it in the lost and found. A couple minutes later, one of the greeters told me to read the post-it note and inside cover, and I realized that they had left me the book on purpose. I was excited because I really don't read as much as I would like to, and getting the book influenced me to start reading again. I enjoyed the book, even though it was very disturbing and at times kind of gross. I think that it's crazy and disturbing nature actually made it more interesting to me, and made me want to not stop reading it. I had a very normal childhood, so I actually enjoyed reading about someone's childhood as hectic and disturbing as Augusten's. I plan on letting a few people at work read the book, and then I will release it in Florida when I go there on vacation in August. Thank you to the women who left the book for me. I think this is a gread idea, and I hope it catches on all over the world!
