a pretty useful and sometimes challenging collection of recipes. The Gado Gado salad on p 59 has the best peanut sauce I ever tasted. Try it!

Caught the book sitting above the fireplace in my local country pub! Took it home and I've already made two of the dishes..........delicious! A good book on Chinese Cooking, albeit with a western slant.
