This copy was bought at Goodwill in Davis Square (Somerville, MA) for release. I had read Sword-singer (from early in the series) when I bought it and enjoyed this set of characters very much. This is the 5th book in the Tiger and Del Sage, following Sword-Breaker. The next and final book in this series is Sword-Born.

As this book was written several years after the others in the series, it has a slightly different flavor than the previous books. It explores the voyage of Del and Tiger to Skaldi to discover if Tiger's heritage can be found there.
