This is third in the Dragonriders of Pern series. I've really enjoyed reading these over the years. The Harper Hall series were my first introduction to them many many years ago, and many of the characters feel like old friends. It would probably be best to start at the beginning of the series with DragonFlight.

I caught the book Toronto (at the Distillery Historic Distric) while visiting there from Winnipeg. Once I read the back cover, I knew it was a book that I would not read - just not what I enjoy. I thought that the whole idea was so novel that I could not just let the idea die. So, I took the book with me on a trip to Savannah, Greorgia. On the way back home we caught our plane at a beautiful little airport in Colunbia, North Carolina, and I thought that was a great place to have someone catch it.
