This book is on it's way to the April Bookworm - wss4

Tim Winton is an Australian author and one of my favourites - I hope you enjoy this book as much as I did!

This book arrived today. It looks like a very interesting read and I look forward to reading it. I have recently learned about the great joy that comes from reading something new and out of the norm of what I typically read due to the New Book For a New Year Exchange. This looks like it will be a wonderful way to learn a little bit about the Australian culture and I look forward to it. Thank you so much for your thoughtfulness.

Finished this book last night and completely enjoyed it. The characters are so realistic and you become so involved in their lives that it is almost like you are there. I admit to a small language barrier but not enough to make the book any less enjoyable.

This is another book that I would never have glanced at twice if not for Bookcrossing and Bookrelay. I really am so glad that I have had the opportunity to expand my book selection to include such wonderful books as 'Cloudstreet'. Thanks Jackson371!!
