Wow! This is a gripping and compelling read right from page one. It's the true story of the Gere family and how they each coped (or didn't) after 12-yr-old Brenda Gere was abducted from the family home and then murdered. I had to stop several times while reading this book, just to pause and look and my own children with tears in my eyes and gratitude in my heart - just because they are here.

I plan for this book to be one of the first batch going into my new OBCZ, hopefully within the week.
