A strange but interesting book. Not really written in my preferred style - i read it for a book day.
When louis drax falls over a ravine in france his father disappears and his mother suffers severe shock. He is taken to clinic in provemce for those in a long term coma. Only louis knows what happened that day and his Dr tries to communicate with him while he is staill in his coma.

Bought a whole bunch of books from the Sense Charity Shop in Coalville last week and didn't even think to check them for BC labels until waderwoman mentioned one of hers had a BC label in it! Flipmedoodledandy so has this one (and another one too)!

Found the book at the pay point in the Rushes car park in Loughborough took it on holiday to France. Think I will leave it in Derby on Friday. Enjoyed the book once I got into it though think I may have heard part of it on radio 4 book at bedtime. Certainly gave lots to think about and am glad I persevered and read it all.
