I remember enjoying this one, lent it to a few friends, and miraculously at the end of its travels (or should that be travails) it ended up back on my bookshelf, where it has been sitting staring reproachfully at me since I was at college eight years ago.

Having a bit of a pep-up of my bookshelf at the mo, and thought I would have a go at linking to all the other Dean Koontz books that I have registered, or which have passed through my hands: Cold Fire, False Memory, From the Corner of his Eye, Mr Murder, Night Chills, Phantoms, The Bad Place, The Face of Fear, The Key to Midnight, The Mask.

There are also quite a few nice sites available for more info on Mr Koontz's work: the Official Randomhouse Dean Koontz site has all the usual info, along with some choice excerpts from his most recent (and up and coming) books, and the Koontzmania fan-site has a quick run-down on his titles, along with brief reviews of most (useful for those of us with short memories!) You can find a complete run-down on the many different pen-names Dean Koonz used to write under in different genres here, and last but not least, the site at Koontz.iwarp.com has a wonderfully comprehensive gallery of the art-work of Koontz American first editions, written under all known pseudonyms, and might be of particular interest to collectors...although this site does unfortunately also come with many annoying pop-ups.

Finally read, I've been trying to go through some of the books I've been holding onto for way too long from other BXers.

This was a good book, although I had it figured out right away, but it was still a good read and kept you interested all the way through.
