Have you heard of the book Hatchet, well this is like Brian never got saved. The cool thing is that you don't have to read Hatchet to read this book. Brian's Winter is about this young boy (Brian) who gets into a plane crash. Brian is facing the worst thing he'd ever imagine. He is facing winter, out in the woods by himself, no shoes, nothing to keep him warm. He can't put the fire inside, it will make too much smoke. Can he find a way to keep warm. Brian also has a problem with a bear, and a skunk. The skunk won't go away, and the bear won't quit eating his food, and getting into his shelter. So, Brian just gives up and names the skunk, and keeps it.
