What a sweet story, it reminds me of some of Fannie Flag's books, very warm and endearing with some memorable characters.

I really enjoyed this story about a group of women in a small farming community in Kansas. It was a nice easy read, with lots of easily imaginable characters, and a not too taxing storyline. Just what I needed at the moment! Easy to pick up again when put down for a while. I loved the desciption of all the quilts down to the patterns on the materials and even to how they felt.
