What a sweet story, it reminds me of some of Fannie Flag's books, very warm and endearing with some memorable characters.
This is on its way to the winner of the UK Simile Day RABCK. Ihope you enjoy it and all the other books heading your way.
Thank you yorkshire-lass! This looks really good! Just the title has me intrigued :)

I really enjoyed this story about a group of women in a small farming community in Kansas. It was a nice easy read, with lots of easily imaginable characters, and a not too taxing storyline. Just what I needed at the moment! Easy to pick up again when put down for a while. I loved the desciption of all the quilts down to the patterns on the materials and even to how they felt.
