What a great book! A "quiet" read and very satisfying. I liked the fact that it was told from the 12 year old girl's perspective. Anita Shreve is now on my list of authors to look out for. Thank you for organising this ring, jamesmum :-)

I thought this was a great story. It was the easiest Shreve book to read that I've encountered and I enjoyed it just as much as, if not more than, the others. Thanks for including me!

Thank you for sending the book along to my friend - it's nice to know that the book has found its way into the hands of several readers. I am not too worried about the book being journalled - if it is, that's nice, but if not, that's okay, too. To me, the point is sharing and reading, not journalling.
