This book comes back into my life! I donated it to Goodwill, but I saw the author on the wishlist of a Canadian bookcrosser to whom I'm mailing a waaayyy overdue RABCK tomorrow, so I checked to see if it had been sold yet. Nope!
The three lives are "The Good Anna" (a bargain-hunter with an arduous and troubled life); "Melanctha" (a graceful, intelligent black single woman); and "The Gentle Lena" (a sweet German servant).
A previous reader has underlined a bit and used some blank spots to figure math problems.
Hope you like the book! I'll try to find a copy to read in 10 or 15 years when I'm retired.

Thanks for thinking of me, Megi53. I've never read a Gertrude Stein book, but a friend says I should so this one will be it. Thanks for the postcard too!
