Because I loved The Remains of the Day, I bought this one by the same author. Unfortunately, I never progressed beyond the first 30 pages or so. Hope someone else will be gripped by the book instead.

I discovered this book in my world religions class. I picked it up, threw it in my bag, retrieved it, logged onto the net and discovered this site. I plan to read it and release it into the Canadian wilds when I return to them for Christmas....This book will cross the ocean with me.
