Bought at a library book sale.

I loaned this "book" to a friend before I listened to it. She asked me if I'd listened to it before lending it to her. When I finally did listen to it I had to call her and apologize profusely. I was so embarassed by the racism and language. I know it is just fiction and that racial slurs are a part of the story but I was still embarassed.
She encouraged me to listen to the rest of it as it wasn't a bad book but I had a hard time getting past the language.
