I read this story as a child, and was pleased to learn of your program and find it on my recent trip to New Zealand.
I took the book back to central China where I am a teacher in Henan Province. I wish it were a slightly higher reading level, but for incoming freshmen, it will still present a bit of a challenge.
I will give the book to my friend Adam. Adam is a freshman who had never met a foreigner before he arrived here at SIAS University. I was the first "waiguoren" he ever met, and since I gave him his English name, he and I have been special friends.
I will encourage him to log the book in and to hand it along to one of his friends or relatives...
