This is my all-time favorite historical novel. Excellent book about cathedral building in Medieval Europe.

I love Ken Follet's work. This book was terrific for the first two hundred or so pages but then I got antsy about it and stopped reading.
I enjoyed greatly the descriptions of how cathedrals went together. For me, that was the best part.
