This is an excellent, fully-illustrated vegetarian recipe book. The recipes are not generally highly sophisticated but they are reliable and good. I've marked it down one point however for including a section "Not Quite Vegetarian" which consists of fish recipes, in a book entitled 'vegetarian'.
