Dry
1 journaler for this copy...
I loved "Running with Scissors", Burroughs' debut memoir.
"Dry" answered a lot of the questions I had after I read "running", Burroughs is everywhere today, featured in Esquire and GQ, etc.
Burroughs has the ability to re-count painful experiences without feeling sorry for himself or making excuses.
I thought "dry" was optimistic and a welcome relief from the memoirs that molly-coddle and basically say "I almost died...blah blah blah"
I liked this book so much I bought a copy to travel and I kept a copy for myself.
