Got this from the Charity shop today to send to DreamSE22 - It is one of my favourite books so I really hope she enjoys it!

Amazon says:
Synopsis
Jarvis lives in a crumbling house with a view of the Jubilee Line: he loves the tube with all its secrets - its hidden tunnels, its mysterious "ghost" stations, its incidents and accidents, which he records. He lives in a house which was once a school, but now he lets out rooms.

This description doesn't begin to give you an idea of how great this book is. I must have read it about 6 times, and I always find more.....

Received the book today, thank you! Wow, you have really gone out of your way to make me happy! Thanks also for the awesome postcard, what a treat! I can't wait to read this one after seeing your journal entry on it. Thanks so much! :)

Darn! I couldn't get into this book (ducks from flying shoe), therefore I did not finish it. Rather than sparking an interest, the bit at the beginning about the trains really put me off, and I lost interest after the fourth chapter. Perhaps it was the content of the book that put me off, because I am not ready to give up on this author yet. Thanks so much Giz-angel!

Just received

Thanks DreamSE22!

I love this book: it's really creepy and sexy too.

I'm a bit obsessed with the London Underground - especially the architecture and the hidden history of the Tube which may be another reason why I loved this book so much.

Very glad to have a copy to wild release on the Tube when next in Olde London Towne.

RELEASE NOTES:

Will leave in carriage when I get out at Victoria
