Outlander
2 journalers for this copy...
When I saw the discount version of this book, I couldn’t pass it up. I knew it would be a great bookcrossing book particularly because it falls into a number of different genres (fantasy/historical fiction/romance).
This is the first novel in Diana Gabaldon’s Outlander series. These books have made it onto the NY Times best seller list and with good reason. They’re great books.
I accidentally read one of the later novels first so when I got around to reading this one, it wasn’t quite as exciting because I kind of knew what was happening.
I plan to release this on our trip late this week. Hopefully it will be found by a lonely traveler. (k)

Leaving this book in "the lodge"
Leaving this book in "the lodge"
I found the book in the Lodge at the Homewood Suites by Hilton in Colorado Springs. I thought the book was lost but then noticed it was a bookcrossing. I was very excited to find it because I have never found a bookcrossing book before. I have started to read it but I am not yet finished. So far, I have not been able to put this book down. I have never read a book by this author but I have a feeling I will be reading more of her in the future. I look forward to finishing it soon. I have not decided where to release it.
