First I am a Ben Okri fan. I think you might need to be to enjoy this book! It is so very African, and yet the plot is not such a difficult one, but woven all around it is wonderful African imagery and imagination. I have not been to this kind of Africa - but Okris writing takes me there and lets me feel what it might be like to live there, surely that is the greatest thing a writer can hope to achieve, almost?

RELEASE NOTES:
In fact passed to my good friend Ariadne Brimstone Rox who was the person that sent me a link to Bookcrossing.com and asked if I had heard of it!
I especially selected this book - one that is actually quite dear to me, being a fan of Ben Okri. Perhaps it will be my first "catch"?
