Good Story about relationships, love and loss.

I got this in the mail the other day as a RABCK. Thanks again for sending it, 4-lele. It might be a few months before I get to read it, but I will plan to return it to you when I am done unless you tell me otherwise.

This book was so powerful. A very good read. There were parts I had to skip over because they were just too graphic (real). I feel much more informed about what's going on in other parts of the world now, although I know the book is fiction. My book club is reading this book for April so I can't wait to get together with the moms to talk about it. One aspect I really appreciated is that all the men in the book hugged, kissed and cried regularly. I liked this very much and I wish that our culture was more open to those kinds of emotional displays from men. I think it would serve us well.

I was worried about this one because I did not have a bag handy, and there was impending rain, but I left it anyway because I figured there'd be a lot of travelers on Memorial Day weekend. On my way back home Sunday the book was gone, so I hope it made it to a good home before the rain hit.
