From the second hand bookshop we descended on en masse during the 2005 BCNZ Convention.
I love old science books that are completely out of date now, and this certainly qualifies - it was published in 1961, and is all about these exciting new things called satellites. I haven't actually read it, but was amused when flicking through the "eight pages of photographs" advertised on the front cover to find that there's only one photograph in there that's actually of the earth from space - the rest are of rockets sitting on the ground!
