Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire

Discovered an unused Whitcoulls voucher lying around the other day when I was tidying up the study (I think it's the one my brother gave us for looking after his car), so I decided it was a good opportunity to finally complete my collection of Harry Potter books before the new one comes out next month (which we've got a discount voucher from Borders for, so we might actually buy it right away for a change!)
I think this is my favourite of the Harry Potter series to date - it's a bit darker and more interesting than the first three, while not being as depressing as I recall The Order of the Phoenix being (that's next on the reading list, because I've only heard it on audiobook, and don't remember it very well). The kids are very definitely teenagers now, but still manage to remain likable enough that they don't lose the reader's sympathy. Plus of course, the over-arching story of the return of Voldemort is really hotting up now!
