Annie is a widower of 4 years and has always wanted to travel -- however her adult step-children are not too keen with that idea (could they really want her money?). Annie has two wonderful friends who coax her into a trip abroad and she goes only to find herself in an accident and in the arms of a wonderful stranger. Is there a friendship with this man? Or is it something more? --- How is God going to touch a mans heart that has been hardened by past pain?

I found this to be an entertaining read -- it was a rather quick read as well.

Arrived safe and sound as part of a progressive book trade. I am eager to read it, but it must go in my TBR as I have 2 bookrings in my possession that must take priority. Oh well, it will get read when I don't have other more pressing obligations.

It wad great to read a book with an international setting, yet from an American perspective.

I loved the dynamic between Victor and Annie and how Sean fell into that mix.

This book teaches so many lessons - the one that I took to heart the most is...don't allow yourself to get stuck in what you think others want or think of you. Take risks, be bold (within reason) and live your life so it satisfies you, but not totally selfish either.
