I put it under "Literature and Fiction" because there isn't a book category for self-indulgent, poorly written, badly edited crap.
Did I mention I didn't like this book?

Welcome RABCK for teacher-trudy.
Just received this book with 5 others in the mail from peggysmum. Yippee! It was on my wish list. Bring on the school holidays so I can read them all.

I'm really not sure what to make of this. The whole anonymous thing and then the note in the back of the book from the author with their name is distracting.
I also couldn't relate to the central character terribly well. She seemed to make major life changing decisions on a whim based on little evidence and with no regard for the potential consequences...I don't know any women like this!!
The writing style/format in third person but diary format was also difficult to read.
Anyway its read, now what to do in the way of releasing it?

Received today as a trade from Teacher-Trudy. Thank you.
Exactly!
I'm wondering: Has this author been inside my head or, are we all really very much the same but too afraid to admit it?

Gratefully received, to be released at the convention in October. Thanks from the convention committee.
Awesome! this book arrived in the mail today together with my convention bag (as i had to cancel my trip), thanks libertine101 for mailing it to me, this book has been on my wishlist for some time :-)
whoa....
i have really mixed feelings about this book.
the writing itself was poor, annoying 'for' it used various styles in a jumble, rare attempts at using phrases that sound like there is a real writer behind all this, yet they had a sense of being borrowed from someone else.
the story itself really grew on me, at first i was bored and confused 'for' it dragged on over seemingly nothing, then it picked up the pace and depth, and i could not put it down.
the overuse of 'for' became a stumbling block for me at time, but on the whole i really enjoyed reading this book.
