This book is fantastic. The Supernanny series has really helped me with my son who is a difficult sleeper. I recommend Jo Frost's techniques for all parents even if their kids seem to be angels most of the time already. This book sets forth guidelines to get any parents troublesome child under control.

I especially recommend Jo's Top Ten Rules which can be adapted to all circumstances. Jo Frost really knows how to bring out the best in your children. I hope you'll read, enjoy and release this book to other parents.

I'm releasing this book straight into the hands of my mother who also wanted to read it. She hasn't signed up at Bookcrossing yet and I'm hoping that by giving her my very first BookCrossing release I'll entice her to register the book and release it to another parent once she's had a read.
