"Dr Sarah Baldwin learns that the pre-natal herbal vitamins she has prescribed appear to be the only things that link the deaths of three young mothers-to-be. But as she searches for the truth it becomes clear that someone will do anything - even murder - in order to keep a devastating secret."

Squee!
When I went to make release notes for a book in Port Douglas I saw one had been released here at the Port O'Call. Had a quick squiz through the books and dind't find any BC books, and then I looked on the foreign language shelf and spotted this English title. Read the back, thought it looked interesting and then spotted the label. Yay!
On an interesting note, this book seems to have acquired some grafiti: Catholicism is Anti-Christ and Jesuits are Priests of Satan...maybe it had a bad trip from Sydney to Port Douglas.
It will travel with me to be released somewhere on the rest of my trip around Australia.
Thanks, AG :)

Well after an unsupervised and undocumented journey from Sydney to Port Douglas, this book travelled in the comforts (albeit slightly crowded comforts but BC approved, see photo) of my backpack from Port Douglas north to Cooktown and then back down South to Rainbow Beach where it moved from the backpack to the handbag (a Ray White, non BC approved cloth tote) for reading on the Fraser trip and bus south to Brisbane, where it completed its duties on this fine spring day.
I liked the book, though I thought the ending was quite rushed and could have been better developed. I liked it well enough to want to find some of his other titles, though I can see them getting a bit samey after a while. I liked the Boston ties though, makes me almost homesick.
Thanks again for releasing this one, AG. I love your trick of putting a label midway through. Will take this to the mini meetup with Cackles and Jawin on Wednesday and if there is no interest, release it somewhere in Brisbane.

Picked this up at the mini-meetup where I had the pleasure of saying both hello and good-bye to SKingList over a lovely lunch. Seems like an interesting book, I will read and keep it moving.

It has never quite made it to the top of Mt TBR so in the interest of cirulation, I'm lending this to friends, and who knows, they may join. And who knows, when it comes back I may have time !

The book is back and Mt TBR is as big as ever so I'll bring this one along to the next BC Brisbane meet.
