A book all about those darn left-handed weirdos like me. Some of the info within is bound to be way past its used-by date - this book was written in 1977.

Sadly this promising book turned out to be largley the author quoting other people's early studies of Left-Handedness and making assorted ho-hum comments on them.

Picked up at tonight's meetup. I've always been interested in the phenomenon of handedness.

i have to agree with non-fiction's assessment of this book - it had the potential to be really interesting, but was actually incredibly dull, and doesn't add anything new (even given that it was written nearly 30 years ago). The chapter on handedness in Carl Sagan's Dragons of Eden, written around the same time (IIRC), is much more informative - *and* better written.

I received this book at the BX Meetup last night. I need to know more about "Lefties" and I am so pleased that this has nothing to do with Left Wing politics, or any kind of politics.
