I picked this up at the Bookcrossing meeting last Thursday, and read it pretty quickly. It's a paranormal romance involving vampires, and it's got some fun parts. However, it's part of a series, and I think the author had to spend too much time explaining the complicated back story to make this a smooth read.

I really enjoyed this and didn't find the back-story too difficult to follow. It actually made me go hunting for the rest of the series! Truly enjoyable.
