The cover for this copy is different from that shown above. This was an "Advance Reading Copy", acquired free through Bookcrossing some time ago. I got about halfway through this story of a man who consumes too much acid and enjoys pretending he's a wild ram. Too weird for me - guess I just didn't get it. Hope someone finds it who enjoys it :)

Like reading Carlos Castenada on LSD, a study in transformation, obsession, and suicide with an Artic twist. I didn't like it but I couldn't stop reading it, maybe because I identified with the heroine after my own longterm relationship with a Castenada wannabe. I found it at Northwoods Unitarian Church and released it there.
